The site is a platform built to communicate Asana's human-centered research approach and position WIL as a credible thought leader in the future of work. The site needed to clearly convey three core pillars: human-centered design, actionable insights, and academic rigor — bridging the gap between cutting-edge research and the real-world business decisions leaders face every day.

The designs transformed complex research and data into visually compelling, easy-to-digest content. Every layout was crafted to hold the reader's attention — balancing clean typography, purposeful use of color, and clear data visualization to ensure that WIL's most important statistics and findings landed with impact, without sacrificing the academic credibility the research demanded.

The illustrations visualized the relationship between humans and artificial intelligence in the modern workplace — depicting people leveraging AI as a powerful tool to work smarter, move faster, and accomplish more without losing the human touch at the center of it all.
