1. Fill Out the Contact Form
The process starts when you fill out our contact form here. You will receive a email response within one business day so we can schedule a call to learn more about your needs. We’ll have a brief phone conversation to get a sense of your project’s scope to be able to give you a estimate.
2. Initial Phone Call
Our initial call will take 15-30 minutes. You will share with us your budget, needs, visions and goals for your new website. We will also ask you a series of questions to determine any functional requirements you have, your timeline and other important considerations that will affect the scope of the project.
3. We Send You an Estimate
Within two to three business days, we will email you an estimate for the project. This will include a comprehensive list of all the services and features provided as well as a timeline for the project. If the timeline and budget of the estimate works for you, then we can move forward with the Free Mockup Offer. At this point nothing has been signed and no money has exchanged hands.
4. Website Questionnaire
We will send you a questionnaire to get a sense of the vision you have for the new website’s design. This is where you will share links to other websites you like the look and feel of, colors and other creative elements you would like to include.
5. Free Mockup
After receiving your input from the questionnaire we will then create a static (jpg) mockup of the homepage of your new website within four business days. This mockup is just a preliminary draft and should we work together you will have an opportunity for revisions to the design so it meets your 100% approval.
6. The Contract
If you like the initial mockup and want to move forward in working together, we will then sign a contract with the same terms outlined in the proposal. If the mockup wasn’t what you were looking for, then there is no obligation. You owe us nothing and you have gained a better sense of what you’re looking for in a website.
